Studying In Dubai Till Class 10th And Then From India. Are We Eligible For Normal Quota?

Dear Sir,
I saw your video regarding NRI eligibility for NEET exam on below site and it was quite informative.
Would appreciate if you can answer my query below regarding NRI status
1. ) I am staying in Dubai since 2012 and my daughter has been studying since 2012 in Dubai till now. She is in class 7th CBSE school in Dubai at present.
She will be studying in Dubai till Class X . Afterwards, my wife and children will be relocated to India while I will be working in Dubai. She will get admission in India into Class XI.
Would like to now whether my daughter can apply NEET exam under General Category?
[ I dont want to avail NRI quota in NEET]
Would appreciate if you can respond.
