My Son Studying Abroad Without English As A Main Subject. Will He Be Eligible For NEET?

I have a query regarding my son who is currently residing in Malaysia with me as NRI.
He has recently passed the 10th board from CBSE (Malaysia international school).
Now he has taken admission in A level Curricula (UK level) with subjects Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and Biology. All subjects will be taught in English but there is no separate English language.
I query whether he will be eligible to take the NEET exam if he has no English language in the A level curriculum?.
