I am looking for some NEET information for my daughter. She will write NEET next year in 2022. She has OCI. But she is in India for the past 5 years. Returned back from the USA in 2016. With the new GO passed by the government, I would like to understand her eligibility.

To be count as an NRI or OCIs in NEET, one must be done both 10th and 12th from abroad. So, you do not fall under the NRI category. She would fall under the general quota like any other Indian student. However, here are some of the options for her:
1. She is eligible for 15% All India Quota (AIQ)
2. She is eligible for the 85% State Quotas
3. She can apply under management quota
4. Last but not least, she can apply under NRI quotas in private colleges as long as the person who is going to sponsor her is an NRI.
