Generally, to fall under category in NRI category, you need at least 4 years of the academic year outside India including 10th and 12th both. So, if you have done your 11th and 12th standard in India, you will not be count as an NRI candidate. You will be fall under the general category like any other Indian student. 

And, the score for the NRI quotas is normally lower than that of the general category. But it depends on the colleges that you are planning to get into.
