On March 4th, 2021, the Indian home ministry published some regulations on OCI(Overseas Citizenship of India).
The new guideline on OCI restricts OCI college admission only to NRI quota seats, and NRI has been given privileges to apply without impacting "Exclusive reservation seats for Indian Citizens".
Would anybody please confirm if OCI candidate's eligibility to Indian Medical colleges thru All-India Quota(AIQ) Open Quota seats still valid or any impacts?

Yes, OCIs are still eligible for the AIQ(All India Quota) seats. As MCI clearly states that this 15% AIQ is not exclusively reserved for Indian students. NRIs, OCIs, PIOs are all eligible for All India Quota.
