NEET Or JEE - If Takes AP Biology, Honors Calculus, AP Chemistry, AP Physics & [AP English Literature And Composition

Dear Sir/Madam,
My son now studying 11th grade in the USA and New Jersey and here the high school period starts from 9 to 12
He took honors Biology in 9th grade, honors chemistry in grade 10, AP physics 1 in 11th grade and planning 12 grade to take, AP Chemistry, AP Biology, [AP English Literature and Composition], [Honors Calculus]. Is he eligible to take the entrance exam both the NEET and JEE examinations?
The Idea is that we are trying to cover Subjects for NEET(Medical) as well as JEE(Engineering)
If he takes AP Biology, Honors Calculus, AP Chemistry, AP Physics and [AP English Literature and Composition], is he eligible to take JEE and NEET?
What are the Subjects NRI required to take Entrance Exams for JEE and NEET?
