Your son is not eligible for the NRI quota (DASA / CIWG Quota). As per the eligibility of DASA / CIWG Quota, the Candidate must have completed his 11th and 12th from abroad.

Still, your son can apply for the B.Tech (Computer Science) in NITs and DTU. He will be treated as a normal Indian student.
