I have 89 percentile in JEE Mains.
I have completed my +2 level from Nepal. Basically, I am an NRI. Can I get admission to NIT or IIIT?

Yes, You are eligible for the NIT or IIIT Institutions. But, this time the cutoff is highly unpredictable due to a complete change of the examination system and evaluation scheme. Still, the 89 percentile would be enough for you to reach any NIT.
I would advise you to focus on the upcoming exam. Try to push for better performance.
