Registered Under DASA / CIWG, Allotted Seats Under NSUT Delhi - Looking For SPDC Scholarship

Good morning Sir/Ma'am,
I am Manoj Upadhyay from Salalah Oman.
I have been registered under the CIWG DASA Scheme and allotted a seat in NSUT Delhi.
I wanted to know as to when the SPDC Portal will allow new applicants to register as it still hasn't opened.
Hoping for a quick and prompt response.
