Intended use: For undergraduate, master's, doctoral or first professional study at accredited  postsecondary  institution.
Designated institutions: PHEAA-approved institutions. Eligibility: Applicant must be U.S. citizen or permanent resident residing in Pennsylvania.
Basis for selection: Applicant must demonstrate financial need.
Application requirements: Interview, proof of eligibility. Proof of state grant or subsidized Stafford loan.
Additional information: Student must demonstrate ability to benefit from career-related high-tech  or community  service work experience. Applicant must be state grant or subsidized federal Joan recipient and not owe state grant refund or be in default on student loan. Recipient must secure a job with PHEAA-approved on or off-crimp11s SWSP P-mployP-r . A mo11nt and number of awards vary. Deadlines: Fall term only and academic year, October l; spring term only, January 31; summer,  June 30.
