Type  of  award:  Scholarship, renewable.
Intended use: For undergraduate study at accredited vocational, 2-year or 4-year institution in United States. Eligibility: Applicant must be residing in Pennsy lvania. Basis for selection: Applicant must demonstrate financial need.
Application requirements: Proof of eligibility. FAFSA. Additional information: Applicant must be high school graduate or GED recipient enrolled in PHEAA-approved program.  Applicant must  not already  have four-year
undergraduate degree. Grants are portable to approved institutions in other states. Number and amount of awards vary. Deadlines: May l for first-time applicants in a degree program or college-transferable program at a juni or college or other college or university (excludes community colleges); May I for renewal applicants; August 1 for first-time applicants in a community college, business, trade, technical  school, or
hospital school of nursing, or a 2-year program that is not transferable to another institution; August 15 for summer-term applicants.
