Blind or Deaf Beneficiary G nt Program
Type  of  award:  Scholarship,  renewable.
Intended  use:For undergraduate  study  at postsecondary institution.
Eligibility:Applicant must be visually impaired  or hearing impaired. Applicant mu  t be residing in  Pennsylvania.
Basis for selection: Applicant must demonstrate high academic achievement.
Additional information: Award is up  to  $500.  Student  must be blind or deaf. Must qualify to receive benefits through the PA Office of Vocational Rehabilitation. Must maintain satisfactory academic progress. Award can replace student' s EFC but cannot exceed cost of attendance. Awards are  given on  a first-come,  first-served basis.
