Lighthouse  Guild Scholarships
Type of award: Scholarship.
Intended use: For full-time freshman or graduate study at accredited  2-year  or 4-year institution.
Eligibility: Applicant must be visually impaired. Applicant must be  high school senior. Applicant must be U.S.  citizen.
Basis for selection: Applicant must demonstrate high academic achievement.
Application  requirements:  Recommendations,  essay, transcript, proof of eligibility. SAT/ACT scores, proof of legal blindness. Three letters of recommendation. Two personal statements of  500 words  or less.Additional information: Must be U.S. citizen who is legally blind. Open to high school seniors as well as graduate students.
All college admissions policies must be non-denominational and  open  to applicants of  all religions, faiths, and beliefs.
