Intended use: For full-time undergraduate study in or outside United States. Designated institutions: Schools with ABET­ accredited programs located within the geographic boundaries of ASHRAE's Region VIII (Arkansas, Oklahoma, Mexico, and parts  of  Louisiana  and Texas).
Eligibility: Applicant must be residing in Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas or  Louisiana.
Basis for selection: Major/career interest in engineering or air conditioning/heating/refrigeration technology. Applicant must demonstrate financial need, high academic achievement, depth of character and  leadership.
Application  requirements:  Recommendations, transcript. Additional  information:Minimum  3.0 GPA.
