Intended use: For full-time undergraduate study at accredited 4-year institution. Designated institutions: Schools with NAAB or ABET-accredited program located within the geographic boundaries of ASHRAE's Region IV (North Carolina, South Carolina,  Georgia).
Eligibility: Applicant must be residing in North Carolina, Georgia or  South Carolina.
Basis for selection: Major/career interest in air conditioning/ heating/refrigeration technology; architecture or engineering. Applicant must demonstrate financial need, high academic achievement, depth of character  and leadership.
Application  requirements:Recommendations, transcript. Additional information:  Minimum  3.0 GPA. For engineering or architecture students considering service to heating/ ventilation/air-conditioning (HVAC)  and/or refrigeration profession.
