My son is currently in his 12th grade. He is a OCI card holder. What is the procedure to apply to colleges via DASA and does he have to appear for both SAT and SAT Subjects examinations for the same?

Your son is already eligible for the DASA as he is an OCI card holder.
He should appear for the 3 SAT Subject Tests - Math, Physics and Chemistry.
