We heard about this scheme and sounds good, now it will be great if you can highlight the number of seats available in DASA Quota for NRI students and how many students generally apply for this scheme from across the world.
It will be really interesting to see the ratio of these students and also help us in making decision for DASA scheme for our ward who is currently preparing for SAT Subject Test in Dubai.
Also if possible, please share the number of NRI students applying for DASA scheme from Dubai.

The total number of seats under DASA schemes is 2350. The 1/3rd quota is allotted to CIWG students. Thee countries that fall under CIWG are Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq, Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates.
It's hard to know the number of students applying for DASA from Dubai. But you might know the number of students applied for SAT. Getting the admission via DASA isn't a cakewalk. There's heavy competition nowadays. Even the one with the perfect score mightn't be able to get the admission for his/her beloved program. So swot and rock the exam.
