Me and my wife are working in UAE(Dubai) we have Indian passport , on employment( residence) Visa in UAE My Son is currently studying in Dubai in Grade X (CBSE), total 10 years he has studied in Dubai. He will be studying Grade 11 & 12 in India in a CBSE school; he has Indian passport and a valid UAE Residence Visa. He will have a valid residence visa till next 3 years Kindly advise if my son will be eligible to be considered under DASA.

Your son won't be eligible for DASA/CIWG scheme if he studies his 11th and 12th grade in India. But he will be eligible to DASA scheme if he studies his 11th and 12th grade in any country apart from India.
