I am Wistara working in Riyadh Saudi Arabia since 2004. My Son is studied in Riyadh KSA from LKG to 7th Grade.
Now he 10th grade studying in India. (8th,9th and 10th in India)
My queries are below
1) If he has Iquama (i.e like Resident Permit VISA for KSA) and continue his study +1 and +2 in India, in this case will he eligible for DASA/CIWG.
Right now i cancelled his VISA. As I mentioned in this case, if he is eligible for DASA/CIWG, then I will reapply for new Iquama(Resident Permit) and I will make him to continue his studies in India.
2) If not will make my son to study in KSA for 11th and 12th to make him eligible for DASA/CIWG.
Please clarify the above queries and suggest me for best option to make him eligible for DASA/CIWG.

Your son won't be eligible if he doesn't study his 11th and 12th grade abroad (apart from India).
In order to make him eligible for DASA/CIWG scheme, plan his 11th and 12th grade in KSA. After finishing his 10th grade, ask him to come back to KSA ASAP.asked May 23 12:00:00 AM
