Intended use: For full-time freshman study at postsecondary institution in United States. Designated institutions: Approved Louisiana institutions.
Eligibility: Applicant must be enrolled in high school. Applicant must be U.S. citizen or permanent resident residing in Louisiana.
Basis for selection: Applicant must demonstrate high academic achievement.
Application  requirements: FAFSA.
Additional information: Minimum 2.5 GPA. Must have completed a certain number of Tech Core Units. Minimum 17 ACT score or SAT equivalent. Must enroll as first-time freshman. Full  tuition to those attending community  colleges and vocational schools. Partial  tuition  for students of schools
where baccalaureate degrees arc  available.
