Eligibility: Applicant must be U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
Basis for selection: Major/career interest in health-related professions. Applicant must demonstrate financial need and high academic achievement.
Application  requirements:  Recommendations,  essay, transcript. Resume,  photograph.  Student Aid Repo11. Additional information: High school seniors also eligible to apply. Minimum 3.0 GPA. For students entering the health workforce. Preference given to students demonstrating an interest in underserved communities. Students currently attending two-year institutions strongly encouraged to apply. Deadline and number of awards may vary. Notification begins six to eight weeks after  deadline.
