Type of  award: Scholarship.
Intended use: For undergraduate study at vocational, 2-year or 4-year  institution.

Eligibility: Applicant must be learning disabled. Applicant must be high  school senior.
Ilasis for selection: Applicant must demonstrate high academic achievement,  leadership  and service orientation.
Application requirements: Recommendation s, essay,  transcript. List of honors, achievements, and activities. Additional information: Must be registered  as  a  Learning Ally member for at least one year. Must  not  have  previously
received award from Learning Ally, formerly Recording for the Blind and Dyslexic. Family members of Leaming Ally staff or volunteers serving on local or national  board  not eligible.
Winners may be asked to represent Learning Ally as spokesperson  and advocate at various  events, with costs  funded by Learning  Ally. Winners  must be present at celebratory  event
to receive  award. Must  have 3.0 GPA or better  in grades  10-12. Applications  due in March.
