Annual Dyslexia Scholarship
Type of  award: Scholarship.
Intended use: For full-time undergraduate or graduate study at vocational,  2-year, 4-year or graduate institution.
Application requirements: Essay. The completed online application, including the agreement to be bound by the  terms of the scholarship program. A short statement (approximately 100 words) describing your educational goals. An optional essay (650 to 1,000 words), describing how Dyslexia has affected your formal education.
Additional information: Must be diagnosed with dyslexia, and may be asked for proof of diagnosis. Award may be used for study abroad.
