Basis for selection: Major/career interest in agriculture; communications; education; economics; finance/banking; marketing; science, general or engineering. Applicant must demonstrate financial need and service orientation.
Application requirements: High school ranking, GPA, SAT/ ACT scores.

Must have valid mailing address in the U.S. Applicant must be a resident of Bannock, Bingham, Bonneville, Cassia, Fremont, Madison , Minidoka, Power, Teton or Twin Falls counties.
