Eligibility: Applicant must be residing in Florida.
Basis for selection: Competition/talent/interest i_n amateur radio. Major/career interest in electronics. Applicant must demonstrate financial need and high academic achievement. Application requirements: Transcript. FAFSA.
Additional information: Minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be amateur radio operator with any active Amateur Radio license class.
High school seniors are eligible to apply. Number of awards varies. Visit website for application. Preference given to residents of Brevard County, FL, or any Florida resident.
Students enrolled in an electronic technician certification program also eligible.
