Type  of  award:  Scholarship, renewable.
Intended use: For full-time undergraduate study at accredited postsecondary  institution in United  States.
Eligibility: Applicant must be U.S. citizen or permanent resident  residing in Oregon.
Basis for selection: Applicant must demonstrate financial need and high academic  achievement.
Application requirements: Essay, transcript, proof of eligibility. FAFSA.
Additional  information:  Minimum  3.5  GPA. Must  be graduate of accredited Oregon high school. Not available to students majoring in law, medicine, music, theology, or education. U.S. Bank employees, their children, and near relatives  not  eligible. Visit  Website for details  and application.
