Intended use: For freshman or sophomore study at accredited vocational, 2-year or 4-year institution. Designated institutions: Eligible  Kansas colleges,  universities,  and  trade schools.
Eligibility: Applicant or parent must be member/participant of American Legion. Applicant must be residing in  Kansas.
Applicant must be dependent of veteran or deceased veteran. Applicaliun  requirements:  Recommendations,  essay, transcript, proof of eligibility. Income tax forms. Photo of self. Additional  information:  Must be child  of  member  of American Legion  Kansas or American  Legion Kansas
•Auxiliary whose parent has been a member for the past three years; or be a child of deceased member of either organization whose dues were paid  up  at time of  death.
