Additional information: Must  have completed  one year  of dental hygiene curriculum by award year; may apply  during first year. Must be active ADHA or Student ADHA member with minimum 3.0 dental hygiene GPA. Download application from Website. Award given as $1,000 worth of Hu-Friedy dental hygiene instruments. All applications must be  typed.
