Eligibility:  Applicant  must be U.S. citizen residing  in
Connecticut.
Basis for selection: Applicant must demonstrate financial need.
Application  requirements: FAFSA.
Additional information : Applicant must have a federal Expected Family Contribution (EFC) equal to, or below the maximum allowable EFC for the year. Award amount determined by eligible EFC. Deadline based on college financial aid deadline. Inquire at eligible college or university financial aid offices for more information.
