Eligibility: Applicant must be high school senior. Applicant
must be U.S. citizen residing in Connecticut.
Basis for selection: Applicant must demonstrate financial need and high academic achievement.
Application requirements : FAFSA.
Additional information: Applicants must rank in the top 20 percentile of their junior year class, and/or have a minimum 1800 SAT score or a minimum 27 ACT score. Applicant must have a federal Expected Family Contribution (EFC) equal to, or below the maximum allowable EFC for the year.
