Basis for selection: Applicant must demonstrate financial need and high  academic achievement.

Additional information: Minimum 3.0 GPA or 2650 GED score, unless application accompanied by special recommendation form from counselor or OSAC. Intended for high school graduates who  have not yet been  full-time
