Type  of  award:  Scholarship, renewable.
Intended use: For full-time undergraduate study at accredited 2-year or 4-year institution. Designated institutions: Public or nonprofit  Oregon institution s.
Eligibility: Applicant must be single. Applicant must be U.S. citizen or permanent resident residing in California or Oregon. Basis for selection: Applicant must demonstrate financial need and high academic  achievement.
Application requirements: Interview, essay, transcript.  FAFSA. Must have no felony convictions, or will have satisfied the terms of any felony convictions by August 1 of the application year.
Additional information: Minimum 3.0 GPA or 2650 GED score, unless application  is accompanied  by special
recommendation form  from counselor or OSAC. Must  be single head of household with custody of dependent child/ children without the support of a domestic partner. Interviews required of all semif\nalists. Visit Website for details and application .
