Type of award: Scholarship, renewable.
Intended use: For full-time undergraduate study at vocational, 2-year  or 4-year  institution in United  States. Designated
institutions: Public  schools in Arkansas.
Eligibility :Applicant  must be U.S. citizen  or permanent resident residing in Arkansas.  Applicant  must be dependent of disabled  veteran  or POW/MIA;  or spouse of disabled  veteran or POW/MIA  who served  in  the  Army,  Air Force,  Marines, Navy,  Coast Guard or Reserves/National  Guard. Parent/spouse may also have been  killed in action or killed on ordinance
delivery. All incidents must have occurred while on active duty after 111160. Parent/spouse must be AR resident or must have been at time of enlistment. Dependent must have been born, adopted, or in legal custody of veteran under whom he/she is applying.
Basis for selection: Applicant must demonstrate high academic achievement.
Application  requirements: Proof of eligibility .
Additional information: Award for tuition, fees, room, and board. Renewable up to four years. Must maintain  2.0  GPA
