Eligibility: Applicant must be U.S. citizen or permanent resident residing in Hawaii.
Basis for selection: Major/career interest in medicine. Applicant must demonstrate financial need, high academic achievement and depth of character.
Application requirements: Essay, transcript. FAFSA and SAR, SAT/ACT scores.
Additional information: Minimum 2.7 GPA. Preference given to students specializing in geriatric medicine or Alzheimer's care. Applicants must have permanent address in Hawaii.
Applicants taking up mainland residency must have relatives living in Hawaii. Amount of awan.l may change yearly.
