Eligibility: Applicant must be U.S . citizen residing in Hawaii. Basis for selection:  Applicant must  demonstrate  financial need, high academic  achievement and depth of  character.
Application requirements: Recommendations , essay,
transcript.  SAR, FAFSA,  Personal  Statement, SAT/ACT scores. Additional  information :Minimum  2.5 GPA. Must be resident of one of  the following East and  Northshore Kaua'i areas: Anahola  (96703), Kapa'a  (96746),  Kilauea  (96754),  Hanalei
(96714), Princeville (96722), Kealia (96751), Wailua (96746). Application  deadline: February 15
