I studied upto 12th as an NRI in Muscat, But my parents completed their studies in India only, I expected mark 450 above in NEET, And I am from tamilnadu, Can I apply Medical counseling in state quota ? Bcoz I can't get seats in All India medical quota..? Bcoz I want to pursue the MBBS in tamilnadu
