I studied from LKG to XII in Chennai, Tamilnadu, India. I am an American citizen holding PIO card. I appeared for NEET 2019 exam and I am expecting a score of 500+. I belong to forward class community. Am I eligible for Government seat in 85% state quota of Tamilnadu? Or if I opt for management quota seat and get it through counseling, should I pay the government prescribed the fee or NRI prevailing fee?
