Yeah, You are absolutely right. DASA cutoff won't be increased. But the new CIWG 2018-19 update impacts the pure DASA students. Prior to 2018, CIWG students wouldn't be able to apply for the DASA scheme. Now they can switch from CIWG to DASA. Then obviously the latest update impacts the pure DASA students. I.e. New CIWG update impacts the Indian Nationals aside from the Indians living in the Gulf nations.

When it comes to cutoff, DASA hasn't released its cutoff yet. They might release DASA and CIWG cutoff in June 2018. Let's wait for that.
