I locked my application, sent my scores and sent my fees for the DASA application. But I now wish to withdraw the application as I received an offer from another University.

I heard that today would be the last day to withdraw the application to receive full amount in reimbursement. However, I cannot find any such option on the application portal and I have received no reply to my emails and calls to the DASA authorities.
