Due to unavoidable circumstances, I  failed to accept the given seat within the stipulated time and date. please see below the screenshot for the same. Attached the screenshots as well.

In this regards, I would like to clarify the following to re-apply for the further round of allotments.
I would like to re-apply for round 4. Currently, when I login into my account on DASA I can only see the message that says I have lost my seat, I cannot find any other instruction regarding reapplication for round 4. In this respect, please let me know how I can reapply through DASA website or through my account. Now above screenshot from my long in ID does not have any provision for the same or do I need submit the new application with full payment. Also, should I resend my SAT scores as I have already sent it for the previous rounds?
I would also like to know the procedure for applying the spot round.
