My daughter was born in abroad but did all schooling in India starting from 1st to 12th standard in India. She holds foreign passport and OCI card. We studied in Tamil Nadu from 1std to 12th Standard. She is preparing for NEET? Will she be eligible for State Quota?

    Yes, She is eligible for State Quota, Any Indian Resident, (NRI) Non-Resident Indian, (OCI) overseas citizen, (PIO) Person of Indian Origin is eligible for admission in Medical/Dental Colleges in India subject to rules and regulations which is framed by the State Governments, Institution and the Government of India (GOI).
