OCI Student Studied In India LKG To 12th - Eligible For DASA / CIWG Or State Quota

Good morning Sir,
I have gone through your online presentation session on NEET for NRI
I need your help on to clarify on one doubt sir. My daughter OCI student ( holding Singapore passport) but studied in Chennai since LKG to XII std and appearing for NEET now, can she be considered for admission in the Govt or Private colleges under state Govt 85% quota ?, or she has to get admission through management or NRI quota.
I am also staying in India for last 10 years.
Kindly advice sir. Would be grateful and appreciate it sir.

She will be considered as a normal student, DASA (NRI) quota is not available here, To be eligible for DASA quota student must have completed her 11th & 12th from abroad.
So in this case she will be eligible for state quota.
