Can’t I get good score in NEET without practicing Physics?

No, Physics is equally important as Chemistry and Biology are. Some institutes recommend to aim only 100 in physics and to give best in chemistry and biology, as medical students are not so great in physics but that can lead you down. So try to excel yourself in Physics as well to get a good rank in NEET.
