I am planning to apply to Indian universities in 2019 through the DASA scheme. I have SAT 2 scores from the test in November 2017. Will they be considered valid?

You SAT 2 scores will be valid if you had taken them in November 2017. Any SAT score is valid for 5 years. So you can apply for DASA 2019.
