Type of  undergraduate or graduate study at postsecondary institution in or outside United States. Eligibility: Applicant must be at least 16, no older than 24. Basis for selection: Competition/talent/interes t in music performance/composition,  based award:Scholarship.
Intended use: For on best song or instrumental
work in any Latin genre with original music and lyrics. Major/ career interest in music.
Application requirements: CD or MP3 of original song and typed lyric sheet. Should not include name of student or school.
Additional information: Applicants studying in Puerto Rico also eligible. Application deadline in February. Check Website for  exact date and application.
