SAT Test Duration id different for SAT General Test (SAT) and for SAT Subject Test (SAT2). Below we tried to explain the SAT Test Duration for both the tests.
SAT Test Duration is as follows:
SAT 1 / SAT GENERAL TEST DURATION
The SAT (Scholastic Assessment Test) is three hours (180 minutes) long in total, excluding the optional essay and breaks.
The SAT clocks in at 3 hours (3 hours and 15 minutes with breaks)With the optional essay, the total test time increases to 3 hours and 50 minutes.

SAT 2 / SAT SUBJECT TEST DURATION
The SAT subject tests are all one hour in length and are all multiple choice. However, they differ in features, format, and time.
