LENGTH
SAT General test length is 3 hours (without essay) 3 hours, 50 minutes (with essay), &
SAT Subject Test length is 1 hour.
WHEN IT'S OFFERED
SAT general offered 5-7 times in a year,
SAT Subject Test offered 6 times per year (*Not all subjects offered on each date)
SUBJECTS COVERED
In SAT general cover Reading, Language and Writing, Math, & Essay (Optional),
& in SAT Subject Test cover one subject per test (There are 20 different subjects are available)
SCORING SCALE
SAT General Scoring scale is between Scored on a scale of 400–1600
SAT Subject Test Scored on a scale of 200–800
INCORRECT ANSWER PENALTY
