General John Paul Ratay Educational  Fund Grants
Type of award: Scholarship.
Intended use: For undergraduate study at postsecondary institution.
Eligibility: Applicant must be U.S. citizen. Applicant must be dependent  of veteran.
Additional information: Grants available to  children  of surviving spouse of retired officers. Must be seeking first undergraduate degree. Students cannot receive both an MOAA loan  and  Ratay grant.
