Intended use: For full-time at 2-year or 4-year institution. Eligibility: Applicant must be high school senior. Applicant must  be U.S. citizen.
Application requirements: Students need only  write a  200 word essay responding to the question  "why, for you personally, is a college education worth the time, energy, and money?"
Additional information: Open to all high school seniors that are US  citizens and that have a minimum  3.5  GPA.
