Eligibility: Applicant must  be U.S. citizen  or  permanent
resident.
Basis for selection: Major/career interest in nuclear science or engineering, nuclear. Applicant must demonstrate financial need.
Application requirements: Recommendations, transcript. Additional  information: Awarded  to  students  with  greater than average financial need. Consideration given to conditions or experiences that render student disadvantaged (poor high school/undergraduate preparation, etc.). Applicants should be planning career  in nuclear  science or  nuclear engineering.
